PAYMENT: Payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to your
check-in date, if made in advance, or at time of reservation. You may do so
with the credit card on file or call the office for other arrangements. Once
your balance is paid in full, you will receive directions direct to your rental
cabin.
CHECK IN TIME: Check in time is after 4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.. Maximum number of occupants is to be strictly observed unless special arrangements are made with agency.
CHECK OUT TIME: All tenants must be checked out by 10:00
AM. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We must have time to get the unit ready for next
guests, and cleaning crew must have time to travel between several
cabins. Keys are to be left in lockbox. (punch code, open, return key
to lockbox housing and replace cover)
LATE ARRIVAL: No problem. Keys are in a lockbox by the front door of your cabin. If after dark, we may want to have a small flashlight to better see the numbers on the keybox. .
MAPS & KEYS: Should you be meeting others coming from
other directions for your vacation, please request additional maps and
keys to be provided for them.
PETS: Most units do not allow pets. For the few that allow, there will be an extra NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $50.00. (no more than 1 pet). If a pet is taken into a home advertised as "NO PETS", tenant is subject to a $200.00 cleaning fee and eviction without refunds unless prior arrangements are made with the agency
FIREPLACE'S: Firewood is not furnished, but can be picked up at local stores.PHONE: Please, NO LONG DISTANCE CALLS. Make sure you bring your calling card.
MESSAGES: We do not deliver messages, except in case of extreme emergency.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: Your security deposits is not to be considered part of your rent. This is simply security for the unit to repair damages, replace missing contents, or to reimburse owner or agent for expenses resulting from agreement violations. In the event of damage, theft or the need for excessive cleaning, this security deposit will be used. Charges could exceed the security deposit. Please note that hot tub covers are fragile and have a replacement cost of $450.00. Damages, etc. that occur during your stay will be charged to you. Also your security deposit is used to confirm your reservation. Security deposit refund will be payable to party on confirmation and will be refunded within a 30 day period from date of checkout.
CANCELLATION: A refund will be issued only after this office
has recieved 30 days advance written notice of your cancellation. We will issue a refund of your
deposit, minus a $50 cancellation charge, for reservations cancelled
30 days prior to your arrival date. Deposits and fees for reservations
cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable,
but may be applied to a future reservation within a year without
penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. Refunds are not provided
for nights removed less than 30 days prior to guest arrival. Only
the guest named on the rental agreement may cancel or make changes
to a reservation.
TRASH: Failure to remove trash from your unit on departure will result in a $15.00 charge per bag for trash that must be picked up or bagged. That will be deducted from your security deposit.
DISHES: Failure to do dirty dishes in your unit will result
in a $15.00 charge per sink load. That will be deducted from your security
deposit.
